Data Storage

Your personal data is stored on encrypted servers. We retain account data only as long as required by applicable law or as long as your account remains active. You can request deletion once your account is closed.

Account Security

Accounts are protected by two-factor authentication and session-based login tokens that expire automatically. Any suspicious login attempt triggers an immediate email alert to your registered address.

Data Retention

Transaction records, including UPI, Paytm and PhonePe payment logs, are kept for seven years to meet financial reporting obligations under Indian law. Non-financial account data is deleted within 90 days of account closure.

You can request a full export of the personal data we hold on you at any time. Submit a request via the help centre or email our data team directly. We fulfil access requests within 30 days.

Our terms apply to anyone who opens an account with 3oo where local law permits. Eligibility is determined by your location and the laws applicable there. If local law does not permit access, these terms do not extend to you.

Log in to your account and head to the privacy section of the dashboard, or email our data team directly. We will compile and send your data export within 30 days of receiving a verified request.

Yes. Once your account is closed, you can submit a deletion request. We will erase non-financial data within 90 days. Payment records linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions are retained for seven years under Indian financial law.
